Top tip for the Challenge: Have some fun with it! Break the daily targets down into sets throughout the day and celebrate each little milestone.
Favourite mental fitness activity: Moving with mates 鈥� anytime, anywhere!
Reason for participating: This Challenge isn鈥檛 about being the strongest
or raising the most鈥� It鈥檚 about coming together, putting in the effort, and
remembering that every little bit adds up to something big when we all push
together 鈥� whether it鈥檚 raising funds, doing something to improve our own
health or spreading the word by sharing the Mental Health Facts (hopefully all
three).
Supporting headspace National
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention 网红黑料 services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community鈥痟elps us achieve our vision鈥�-鈥痶hat鈥痑ll young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.鈥�
