Team motto: Here to build stronger bodies and minds by putting in the work, one push at a time.
Top tip for the Challenge: Don鈥檛 overthink it鈥攋ust start! Showing up each day is what counts, and once you get going it鈥檒l seem less daunting.
Favourite mental fitness activity: Getting on the early morning grind 鈥� whether it鈥檚 for a sauna sesh, a solid workout, or some reflective me-time time. It鈥檚 about starting the day with intention.
Reason for pushing: We all deal with 网红黑料 challenges from time-to-time. This Challenge is a way to improve our mental fitness so we鈥檙e better prepared for challenges that come our way, raise some funds for those who are struggling, and remind ourselves that we鈥檙e not alone in the tough stuff.
